Fabrication Specialties

Engineering:
Our experts will perform design calculations, Finite Element Analysis, piping stress analysis, Thermal Calculations, Thermo-mechanical Calculations and Design refractory lining. BLC will create detailed steel and refractory CAD drawings for new equipment. BLC will also engineer thermal dry-out procedures as well as refractory installation procedures. (All Mechanical Calculations performed to ASME latest code).
Pressure Vessels, API Tanks, Stacks, Transfer Lines, Equipment, Pipe Spools & Ducting:
Custom Metal Fabrication per ASME Section VIII, Division 1 and ASME B31.3. Refractory (Hexmesh, Anchor) Lined, Inconel/Stainless Lined and Non Lined Equipment. If necessary, BLC offers Exterior insulation and painting. We also offer fabrication of solid alloy vessels as well as clad vessels.
FCCU equipment:
Cyclones, Diplegs, Flapper Valves, Riser Lines, Wyes, Air Grids, Steam Rings, Plenums, Regen/Reactor Heads, Flue Gas Lines, Transfer Lines, 3rd Stage Separators, KE Burgmann EJS Expansion Joints. BLC offers reliability and performance improvements and will find solutions for various problem areas with OEM designs.
Hydrogen Transfer Lines:
Engineering, Design and Fabrication of Hydrogen Transfer Lines for Hydrogen and Ammonia service.
Structural Steel:
Fabrication per AWS/ASME including Stairs, ladders and platforms – as required – Galvanized, Painted, Fireproofed (Cementitous, Pyrocrete, Chartek 1709 or Thermolag 3000).
SRU Equipment:
Waste Heat Boilers, Condensers, Converters, Reactors, Sour Water Strippers, Colums, In Line Burners and Refractory Lined Ducting and Piping Equipment can be supplied either refractory unlined or lined and with exterior insulation/painting as necessary.
