Safety Matters

We constantly strive to innovate ways to eliminate hazards and create a workplace culture where safety comes first. We take all necessary steps to gain the appropriate licensing, training and certifications to put your mind at ease. Our team is made up of seasoned project managers who develop unique plans and strategies for each project to ensure quality, diligence and cost-effectiveness for our clients. The BLC retains over 35 full time employees and 100+ contingent workers throughout the United States. All full-time employees are OSHA 10 trained, with all supervisors completing OSHA 510. In 2015, the BLC aligned Georgia Institute of Technology to create a comprehensive silica exposure plan. All our employees are trained on the methods and utilize state of the art control to reduce silica exposure during repairs. In addition, all our employees participate in continuing education through OSHA, MSHA, LOTO, confined space entry, fall protection, mobile equipment and scaffolding construction. The BLC is a drug free workplace.
